Manufactured using imported bi-axially oriented double side hazy polypropylene film as dielectric, combined with 99.9% pure aluminium foil as conductor.

Precision Winding & Folding

Elements are wound on modern automatic winding machines in a controlled Class 100 environment. Edge and foil folding reduce partial discharge inception voltage.

Vacuum Drying & Impregnation

Dry packs are wrapped in high-quality insulating paper, placed in pre-treated CRCA or stainless steel containers, vacuum dried, impregnated with non-toxic, non-PCB fluid, and epoxy coated.

Robust Mechanical Construction

Top lids welded using semi-automatic pulse TIG welding machines. Bushings of required BIL ensure leak-proof sealing and safe operation.
