Key Performance Features

High Dielectric Strength using imported bi-axially oriented polypropylene film
Low dielectric losses – External fuse: < 0.1 W/kVAR
Low dielectric losses – Internal fuse: < 0.15 W/kVAR
High inrush current withstand suitable for grid and substation switching
Non-PCB impregnation using environmentally safe dielectric fluid
Stable output performance with no reduction under rated operating conditions
Individual element protection with fault isolation without affecting healthy elements
MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE

Engineered for Long Service Life

Advanced Winding Technology

Capacitor elements are wound using modern automatic winding machines in a controlled clean-room environment to ensure consistency and precision.

Robust Element Design

Edge folding and foil folding techniques are applied to reduce partial discharge inception voltage and enhance electrical endurance.

Vacuum Impregnation Process

After drying and heating in PLC-controlled autoclaves, capacitors are vacuum impregnated with highly purified and degassed non-toxic, non-PCB impregnant.

Sealed Metal Enclosure

Dry packs are wrapped in multiple layers of high-quality insulating paper and housed in pre-treated, degreased CRCA containers. Porcelain bushings of required BIL are fitted for leak-proof sealing.
