Advanced Dielectric and Electrode System

Manufactured using imported bi-axially oriented double side hazy polypropylene film as dielectric with 99.9% soft annealed aluminium foil as electrode.

Precision Winding and Assembly

Capacitor elements are wound on semi-automatic winding machines in a Class 100 clean environment. Edge folding and foil folding techniques are applied to avoid voltage stress at foil edges and improve partial discharge inception voltage.

Vacuum Drying and Impregnation

Dry packs are wrapped with multiple layers of high-quality insulating paper and housed in pre-treated, degreased aluminium containers. Units are dried and vacuum impregnated with highly purified and degassed non-toxic, non-PCB impregnant.

Cooling and Terminal Design

Water cooling pipes are made of electrolytic grade annealed copper and pressure tested for leak-free operation. Porcelain bushings of required BIL are fitted to ensure safe and reliable performance.
